VELOURA reserves the right to change product prices from time to time.

If an obvious pricing error is discovered after an order has been submitted, VELOURA may contact the customer to explain and correct the error or cancel the affected order and refund any amount due, subject to applicable law.

If an order has already been prepared and transferred to the shipping carrier, cancellation through the standard cancellation process may no longer be possible.

Cancellation and return requests will always be handled in accordance with applicable Saudi Arabian laws and VELOURA's published Cancellation & Returns Policy.

7. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Due to the hygienic and personal nature of beauty, cosmetic, hair care, skincare and body care products, certain products that have been opened, used, tested, or otherwise made unsuitable for resale may not be eligible for return or exchange, to the extent permitted under applicable Saudi Arabian laws and regulations.

If a customer receives an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, the customer should contact VELOURA Customer Service and provide the relevant order details and any information reasonably required to verify the issue.

Returns, exchanges, and refunds will be processed in accordance with VELOURA's published Returns & Exchanges Policy and the consumer rights provided under applicable Saudi Arabian laws and regulations.

Nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude or restrict any consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
