How To Use

* Apply to dry hair.
* Apply the powder to the small end of the brush.
* Use your free hand to pull the hair flat and taut against the head, then press the brush firmly onto the roots, starting at the scalp and working outward.
* Do not use a sweeping motion.
* Apply more powder as needed.
